+ Do I need to buy anything besides the template?
After you purchase the template, you will need to sign up for a Squarespace plan (Business Plan is strongly recommended) before your free trial ends. If you purchase an annual subscription, you will receive a 20% discount on your first year.
If you don’t have a domain name, you will need to purchase one. I recommend using a third-party registrar like GoDaddy. This will save you money in the long run.
+ WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Due to the digital nature of Squarespace templates, we do not offer refunds. Please make sure you read all of the information on the sales page before purchasing!
+ What if I need help customising the template?
If you have specific questions or issues that arise in the process of customising the template, you can submit a support ticket within 30 days of purchase.
You can also contact Squarespace support if you have any questions or problems related to the platform.
+ Can you design a logo for my template website?
If you want a Logo suite with your template purchase, please inquire here. It will be an additional £450 on top of the template price (whichever option you decide on).
