01. DISCOVERY CALL

Once we receive your Client Application Form, we will schedule a Discovery Call.

This call helps us better understand your business, and how we can best approach your goals and expectations.

02. ONBOARDING

We will provide you with the Pre-Design Content that you are required to complete before the design phase of the project can begin.

The more in-depth and intentional your answers are, the more aligned our vision will be.

03. DESIGN STRATEGY

We will devise an effective Design Strategy that ensures that we have your ideal client’s needs and wants at the forefront of our design, to convert them into customers.

Remember, we want your website to be effective as it is aesthetically pleasing!

04. DESIGN PROCESS

We will move on to create wireframes (visual frameworks) of your website, with your business goals and user experience in mind.

We will edit the design in accordance with your feedback, and once you are satisfied with the design, we will move on to the live build.

05. OFF BOARDING

Once the design is completed and signed off on, we will start preparing for your launch. We will also discuss some ideas on how you can continue your business’ growth with your new website.

We will be here to provide you with technical support for 4 weeks upon launching.

    Timeframes from each project vary from 4-6 weeks to months, depending on client communication, the complexity of the project, and other unforeseen circumstances on occasion.

    We do have a rush fee that we may be able to offer depending on our availability, but there is no guarantee.

  • We design exclusively on Squarespace, as it is the easiest platform for our clients to manage on their own.

    We provide technical support for up to 4 weeks post-launch - however, Squarespace's help center team is incredibly helpful and responsive, and we feel confident leaving our clients in their hands where applicable.

  • Yes, we do! We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your project, and the remainder is to be paid in the subsequent months, depending on the payment plan you decide to go with.

  • Timeframes can range from 4-6 weeks or months. A lot of this is dependent on communication, and how quickly we are able to receive feedback from our clients, as well as the complexity of the project.

    We recommend reaching out for our services sooner rather than later to ensure we can launch your project in good time!

  • A singular logo never works for all of your business needs. Every single successful brand you can think off the top of your head doesn’t just have one logo.

    We want the best we can offer for your business, and designing a singular logo without variations, a set colour palette, brand typography, or messaging would not be beneficial.
