We do have a rush fee that we may be able to offer depending on our availability, but there is no guarantee.
We design exclusively on Squarespace, as it is the easiest platform for our clients to manage on their own.
We provide technical support for up to 4 weeks post-launch - however, Squarespace's help center team is incredibly helpful and responsive, and we feel confident leaving our clients in their hands where applicable.

Yes, we do! We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your project, and the remainder is to be paid in the subsequent months, depending on the payment plan you decide to go with.

A singular logo never works for all of your business needs. Every single successful brand you can think off the top of your head doesn’t just have one logo.
We want the best we can offer for your business, and designing a singular logo without variations, a set colour palette, brand typography, or messaging would not be beneficial.
