the step-by-step process

How it works

  STEP ONE:

   PRE-DESIGN

 Once we've settled on a start date, you'll gain access to your questionnaires and folders, in which you'll need to compile your content. We'll follow up with a strategy call on the first day of your design period.

  STEP TWO:

   DESIGN PROCESS

I will design your website/graphic, and will be asking you to provide feedback and edits where appropriate. We will be in close contact throughout the  process, to make sure the design is always aligned with your needs.

  STEP THREE:

   POST-DESIGN

We'll jump on a pre-launch call, where I'll teach you everything you need to know before your website goes live.

+ HOW MUCH IS SQUARESPACE?

+ CAN YOU MAKE MY WEBSITE ON WORDPRESS?

I design exclusively on Squarespace, as it is the easiest platform for my clients to learn and manage on their own.

I provide technical support for up to 4 weeks post-design - however, Squarespace's help center team are incredibly helpful and responsive, therefore I feel confident leaving my clients in their hands.

+ HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

I require a 50% deposit to secure your project, and the remainder to be paid at the end of the process. If you require a payment plan, please let me know - I want to help you as best as possible!

I charge in GBP, however I do accept clients globally.

+ DO YOU DESIGN LOGOS?

Yes, I do - usually as an add-on to the Bespoke Website Package.

If you require logos and certain branding collaterals (business cards, Thank You cards, email signatures etc.), please contact me to discuss your needs.
